SOUND ADVICE SCHOLARSHIPS 2026

The "Sound Advice" summer camp of piping and drumming brings together primarily youth pipers and drummers from across Saskatchewan, and gives them an intensive, one-week summer camp experience where they have instruction and inspiration from world-renown pipers and drummers.

One of the goals of the school is to give Saskatchewan youth experiences and tuition in this music that is not regularly available in their home communities, and to assists in the development of musicians in these places.

The Saskatchewan Pipe Band Association is offering scholarships for Saskatchewan pipers and drummers to attend Sound Advice 2026. Full information on what’s available is on the website: https://www.saskpipebands.org/index.php/scholarships

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA

1. Applicants must be under 19 years, and residents of Saskatchewan.
2. Applicants must be currently playing pipes or drums and registered with a Saskatchewan pipe band.
3. Applicants must complete the following form:
